Roland Alsop Machine Shop first saw the light of day as a passionate hobby in 1965. Our first premises opened in Bracknell but were soon outgrown by the demand for our automotive engineering expertise and experience. In 1970 Roland Alsop moved to their current location in Chobham, Surrey.
The company started with a simple bench drill, portable boring machine, Prince crank grinder, some valve seat re-facing equipment, a press and a huge amount of enthusiasm and belief. Now, we have state of the art equipment and what we believe is the best equipped machine shop in the UK.
We have been successfully supplying machining services and parts to our customers for sixty years. Our workshop staff have a combined experience of over one hundred years coupled with a genuine love for what they do.
